What are we doing in the garden 2026

Repotting plants that overwintered in pots. Had to make a list of the plants needing ericaceous or neutral-alkaline substrate. Tired. Many are ready for a new season now.

    What's your weather like 2026

If you believe the BBC forecast it was cloud with 50%ish possibility of rain between about midday and 3pm. Reality was cloudy morning with a warm, sunny if somewhat breezy afternoon.

I remove the spray gun after every use and keep it inside. The hose itself is fastened on the sheltered back wall of the house.

    Cordyline Australis: Is this dead?

That looks very similar to the one my brother has. We had colder than -5c here this year and it suggests burgandy spires can only take a lite frost, so perhaps similar cultivars are the same.
