Newbie here

Hello, I'm new to the forum. My name is Lorraine and I love growing things, I don't have a lot of experience but love learning and will try to grow anything.

 

to GC @Lorraine6865 really lovely of you to join us.

We're a mixed bunch of "experience" here from seedling to mature but a friendlier bunch you couldn't wish for.

Grab a cuppa, pull up a chair and .... start reading!

If there is something specific, don't be afraid of the search box (although, be aware, sometimes topics ebb and flow and what appears to be a huge thread on a topic may have taken many twists and turns along the way - bit like bindweed )

Also, dive in and ask questions because we're a chatty lot too

Ah, one more thing ... some members on GC can be right nebby noses and want to see pictures of your garden or maybe a plant or a flower or an insect, so it might be wise to have a camera handy, but not essential

I forgot to say that I love taking photo's of things that I've grown so will constantly be posting them, my friends don't understand me lol, they have no interest in gardening!

Wow, another Lorraine! My full name is actually Lorraine and when I was about 16, someone started calling me Lori and it stuck.

Welcome to the forum! I haven't been here long and wil be a perennial newbie amongst these helpful and knowledgeable people.
