If anyone lights a bonfire round here, the fire brigade comes out... but at least the washing stays clean.

@Peaceful Gardener so sorry about your husband, sometimes it happens like that. Your right about the cold compress maybe some muscle rub if he can stand the pain when rubbing it in.
