    Giving plants as xmas presents

    The shops always have arrangements of plants in baskets or whatever, trimmed up with ribbons/bows/general glittery tat, and they seem to sell well. I fear most of them will barely last longer than...

    Pulled the fridge out, cleaned the drip tray over the compressor and the floor, wiped the top and sides of the fridge. Then repeat with the freezer.

    Show Off Your Pets 2025

    Glad Berry is doing ok. I've got a real soft spot for golden retrievers and especially the lighter colour ones, as our previous dog was one. All the kids called her polar bear dog.

    @AuntyRach my visitor was definitely a kestrel - too small to be a sparrowhawk and although it looks as if he is lurking he had actually sort of 'fallen' into the shrubs and that was the movement...
