Remove the roof (stick the wood parts in the wood burning stove), plant it up with some flowering spilling-over plants, or a little herb patch with some nice sages?

What are we doing in the garden 2025
Both the Acers in question are red, can't remember if they are disectum or palmatum. Even if they are palmatum they are small leaves. As they are not in my garden and it's winter I can't check.
