    Our surgery won't take appointments from walk-ins but they got a new phone system and it gets answered fairly quickly. I don't know why it speeds up the answering as I would have thought only...
    Our surgery won't take appointments from walk-ins but they got a new phone system and it gets answered fairly quickly. I don't know why it speeds up the answering as I would have thought only having more staff working the phones would have done that. :noidea:
