I've never had success with a bag when air layering so will be fun to see if those gizmos work

Anyway I did mention artificial lighting.So here is what I have got.so these ones I bought last year.I bought these one off Amazon, where the light is built into the propagator lid. So wonder once I prick out seedlings, if I can put them as plugs, in the propagator.

Bit late for this year but if you have really claggy clay soil I'd try winter green manure, something like grazing rye, it works if you dig it in when the clay is drying slightly, wait too long and it will be hard work. The rye really helps the drying out in early spring and the roots make the...
