Have you considered a no dig approach? It might be an idea if you have access to plenty of compost. Otherwise digging in as much compost and manure as you can lay your hands when the soil is...
Have you considered a no dig approach? It might be an idea if you have access to plenty of compost. Otherwise digging in as much compost and manure as you can lay your hands when the soil is workable. Green manures over winter will also help.
