Its definitely different stuff to what it used to be, it doesn't smell for a start. I think the real/old stuff was considered carcinogenic like most stuff that worked, so that was the end of that.

Plant labels
I use pencil, then at the end of season I collect all the labels. The ones that didn't break from the light get washed (using sponge and soap), then I use eraser to clean whatever written.
