the vine weevil specific one is acetamiprid which is more hazardous than deltamethrin and should be respected. apply at least 3 months before any flowering as the flowers become poisonous to bees. also wear gloves and dont put the residues down the drain

Thanks Caroline I take no responsibility for them being so good. I have kept a few back as they are always great whatever the weather throws at them. Wish everything else was so reliable! I’ll give the doubles a go and see if they too will be well behaved!

i think depends on your area as if the insects are already around small amounts can still be found and used. most of what im planting is around in the area already just not in the village anymore
