    Terrace in the Mediterranean

    Definitely we will repeat with the 'Orange Emperor' tulips next year, we loved their color on our terrace so much!! Perhaps we'll plant more, given the result.

    It was dry for my walk and has rained on and off all afternoon. Feels chilly particularly if you do anything outside which involves getting your hands wet. Warming back up now with a Welsh Cake...

    Chillies 2026

    I put some of those in about three weeks ago, getting their true leaves now, I do find they need a longer growing season than the smaller types, and ripening can be slow, but worth the effort.
