    What's your weather like 2026

It stayed fairly sunny all day but it was quite blustery for my walk. The new green and growth look fabulous in the sunlight this time of year.

Interestingly enough Buckingham Palace has been updated fairly recently. Certainly it is in better nick and better maintained than the Houses of Parliament.

    Mushroom compost

@pete have you tried those companies who sell bulk bags? I saw one of those cubic metre bags outside a house near here, and the compost looked good. Got to be cheaper than buying 60l a time.

We're in Ile de France, so quite far North. The soil in our garden has many earthworms in it - I'm hoping that's a good sign!
