Good morning all,a bitterly cold wind cloudy with a high of 9c staying in day for sure.

I suppose most people in proper jobs would say they don't have enough time to do the job, work load etc.I assume my letter was just a clerical error, but I don't understand this DOB that they always ask. We all have an NHS number, surely it would make more sense to use that for ID of a patient.
