    Thank goodness for that! I still have visions of travelling into Yorkshire during the worst of it last time, with the night skies lit up by pyres..... I never want to see that again.

    My Dad, confirmed carnivore, 'meat with every meal' sort of guy was physically sick when he had the misfortune to have to work near one of the pyres :( He said it's an image that will haunt him forever....

    My memories are still so vivid too,remember the cattle being driven past our house at 6am on easter sunday never to return.My parents were farmers before they retired in the september before the outbreak thankfully,but you never lose interest in that way of life.

    As someone who was brought up and worked on the family farm I would hate to think that "it" was coming back again . Your last post Gogs sent a shiver down my back as I remember the same sort of thing.
