to change the zoom level of the page you are reading, there is a system to hold down the ctrl key while hitting the + (or -) and the other way is to download a free software called NoSquint that is preferable if you want to change the page zoom frequently.
The same can be achieved simply by holding the Ctrl key and scrolling with the middle mouse button (Roll it forward to enlarge; roll it backwards to reduce)
