Bought this in June for a fiver in the "bargain bin" area of my local garden centre ... and it's not stopped flowering since ... and this (pic) is it in January !

What is it, coz it's got to have been the bargain of the century ... (flowers are purple btw)

I agree with Harry, Len, it`s an evergreen perennial called Bacopa. It`s not completely hardy so is generally used as a long flowering annual.:dbgrtmb:

That's very good Len, my white flowered Bacopa has been flowering non-stop too not quite as good as yours though. I'd never expected mine to last till January.

Bacopa it is then ! :)

It's on a (for the time of year) sunny south facing wall, so I wonder if that's helping it's longevity ... either that or my green fingers ... hahahahaha (no) ...

This is my white bacopa, taken a couple of weeks ago. Still doing well. funnily enough, the bit on the right which is more sheltered is dying back now but the more exposed part is still producing flowers.

That bacopa has decided it's had enough of flowering and is packing up for the winter :(.

I drove past a house yesterday and it had a hollyhock in bloom :rolleyespink:

                Bacopa

Had similar experiences with Bacopa, over the last couple of year I've grown them in containers from small plants from GC and have now found seeds available from Thompson & Morgan. They just keep on flowering for months even on a North wall with very little sunshine. Mine have now been crippled by this bout of cold and have sadly been added to the compost bin. So far I can only find white and mauve but I understand yellow is available somewhere.
