    Good evening Butterfield ,if possible remove the shrivelled Buds down to the next eye bud and maybe some mulch round the base if you can get to it, something which will retain the water:)

    I took loads of rose cuttings last summer. They all rooted very quickly using rooting powder. I forgot to bring them in during the winter...................nuff said:doh: I am going to take more next...
