I have to send an email to 15 people and it is something I have never done!

I have been sent a list of who I have to send to but how do I send to all?
Do I have to copy all addresses separately? where do they go?
    I am using Hotmail Outlook

    Thanks in advance

Strongy are the individual addresses already in your address book? If they are you can just enter them one after the other in your 'send to' line with a semi colon in between each one. If you have never sent to these people before then it will be necessary to put their full e-address in your send to line again with a semi colon between each one.

If you do not want each of the individuals to see who you have sent to on the list then click on View and then onto BCC. stands for blind carbon copy and enter them as per above but into the BCC line of who to send to Then it will not disclose to the individuals who you have sent it to. I hope I have explained it clearly enough

Thanks Moyra, they are not in my address book or contacts so I will have to enter them individually, I'll give it a try.
