    Is there a programme which will enhance the audio sound on a video or cd recording please.

    There are video editers which can change audio and video,

    I've got Short cut and VSDC they're free but can be hard to use, mind boogling, not use audio on these but i've used the video side

    Look on youtube to find out how to use them,

    There is also other editor out there as well
