Yahoo email

Can anyone help please?

On Windows 7......my other half can't raise his contacts list on Yahoo email. It tells him the amount he has but doesn't display the contacts.

 

Is he actually with Yahoo? I say that as BT Yahoo recently blocked my account as i'm not with bt anymore, well, I say blocked, they just blocked my contacts, spam and blight alerts still get through.

 

Zigs, we are captive here, it's Manx Telecom or nothing, he opened an account with Yahoo years ago. He is receiving emails because I've sent one to him as I have a Manxnet account, he's also receiving spam, but for some reason he can't view his contacts. He also can't find anything to make contact with Yahoo to gain help from them.

Loofah, are you referring to Windows 7?

 

Thanks Zigs. Other half has managed to make contact with Yahoo this evening and the problem was with them, it's now fixed. I praise them for a good and prompt response.
