Long stemmed mystery plant

    I have several similar looking leaves in one smallish bed. If it's the same plant, it seems to like putting down a long runner like stem. Only in one part of the garden so I'm guessing intentional plant but what?!

    Looks similar to Phygelius, but that is a long shot.:smile:
