    Hi this might seem a silly question but can i start swedes off in the greenhouse before planting them out as i would like to have some a bit earlier in the year for a change ?.Im fairly new to growing my own and any advice is gratefully appreciated. .... regards Chris

    Can't see why not. You can start beetroot off in there so swedes shouldn't be a problem.

    My first year with swedes too but I have a little issue of rebuilding the raised beds to do....
