Doesn't The Time Fly!

Afternoon All

Hope that we are all doing well?

I am guilty of not visiting here as often as I would have liked to. So as they say Mea Culpa!

It's been an incredibly busy period especially offline with a major acquisition having taken up a lot of my time which is now coming to fruition.

I have also been having a few health challenges in terms of something that is looking like a mixture of Coeliacs (Celiacs) and IBSl! So you can imagine the changes we are having to make to our diet! In fact my better half and I have both lost about two Stone in weight in the last three months LOL and we are spending a lot more time out on walks and the like.

Anyway I promise to be a more frequent visitor in the coming months.

Hi Paul. In view of my recent visits to my local hospital, I think this forum should be renamed 'IBS Corner'. I think we spend more time discussing IBS than we do plants. This is a) because it's winter and b) I insist on it.

not sure of your problems, new on here since earlier this year, but i hope you are ok. i have heard about ibs. think it's alot more un-diagnosed than people think.

Hi Paul I'm one of the 'newbies' that has joined while you have been away.

Sorry to hear about your bad health I'm only too aware of being poorly so much so I should call myself the 'Queen of Pain'.

Anyhow I do hope that you and your better half could afford to loose those couple of stones and that you are finding your life style change easy.

Thanks for your kind replies and comments. Yes we are getting there and steadily adjusting to the new life style. Fortunately we could both afford to lose the two stones and it also means almost a complete new wardrobe LOL

New wardrobe! keep that in mind Paul. sure you won't have any argument from the other half.

i want to lose some weight too (not just want to, need to) & I'm hoping next year will do it for us.
