What should I do with this cherry tree?

    This cherry is getting rather big and wants pruning back, when is the best Time to prune it as most trees tend to be winter but I keep reading online thay cherrys want doing after flowering or mid summer... Any advice is most welcome!

    Ooof yeah thats getting pretty big

    It still looks nice though

    I would imagine the best time would after the blooms, but I would wait till someone more experienced chimes in

    Plums, cherries etc best time to prune is June and July. They are prone to Silver Leaf a fungal disease see here Silver leaf
    I've not seen it on apple trees though.
