Masses of small flowers on the underside of the branches, smells strongly of chocolate/vanilla.

Well mine are mainly snowdrops this month. I have some beautiful clumps this year.. Hardly any Crocus though, not sure what has happened to them..
The log planter is still a beautiful splash of colour though...

wow @NigelJ - Jessie is early with you. My pot has no buds at all. In contrast I saw these lovely fungi among the trees in my new garden. They are even brighter than they appear in the photo, and there's loads of them. Haven't the foggiest what they are... FungusSm.jpg

@CarolineL Jessie is new to me and she took me by surprise as I didn't notice her yesterday. Outside Ipheion Wisley Blue has a few flowers open and Albert Castillo will be the last in about a months time.

My hellebores, flowering first time - obtained as random colour plants - love them. (I know deweeding required; skewers are for cats and squirels not to dig around plants :) ) I have garden now for a year, enjoy it very much (loads of plans, and seeds).

Alisa, lovely hellebores.:) A favourite of mine too. Give them a thick mulch every year and they will get better and better....and keep any weeds at bay :)
