    :grphg: Now you know how they earned their nickname: "Blow Away Greenhouse" (hence @Craig1987 advising the bottom of the flaps be dug into the soil.
    I know how gutted you must have felt - it happened to me (and mine was full of stuff at the time too).

    I like your positive attitude though and I'm glad it isn't halting your enthusiasm :thumbsup:

      Thank you ever so much, now that will be a bonus lol :D be nice tho, we will see...

      lol, yes this blow away green house will have to do me for this year, next year i am planning an ali framed greenhouse :) but when im brave enough to put this greenhouse back up probably in a week or two i will be implenenting Craigs excellent advice thats for sure, ill keep you updated :)

      so sorry it happened to you also mate, and with all your stuff inside which makes it 10x worse :( have you had any problems after digging in your over flaps?

      thank you buddy, i try to see the positive as much as i can, i wont let a little bit of wind get me down haha :yay:


      a little update, i got my 3rd tonne of compost this week and filled the beds up more, there probable 30mm from the top of the beds now, that will have to do tho as im not willing to spend out for a 4th tonne :(

      ill be germinating a few seeds this weekend so ill be sure to post a few pics when i do, i cant wait, spring is nearly here :spinning:

        I never bothered with one again.

        Just thinking: for the price of another blow away, could you not make do with a cold frame this year seeing as you are planning a greenhouse for next year? Also, keep your eye on Freecycle, people offer greenhouses sometimes ;)

          thanks for the tip mate, ill keep a look out on freecycle :)

          just found an excellent site which shows UK last frost dates, and for me in southampton (zone 2) its saying the last frost will be the 2nd week of april!!! does that sound about right, seems rather late for me..... :(
