Never bothered with Wilkos until last week.. my God I'm converted, love it in there! Have fun.. I know I would!

Shiney sorry to hear, am waiting for physio myself..hot water bottle, ibuprofen and some cocodamol in the mean time? I found voltarol gel (diclofenac) go work to some extent on my knees and back too.

      Thanks everyone,

Just come back from another treatment. It's likely to cause me a bit more problem for a while before easing up. Next treatment on Thursday. Two different types of therapy :blue thumb:. I'm hedging my bets with using two but they both agree that they complement each other.

Good morning (just in time!) WW'ers :spinning:
AttenTION! By the left ... quick march!!
Bless ya :heehee: Bet you're speaking with a northern accent by Sunday lunchtimes!
:grphg: At least you are keeping your humour. Good luck with your treatments and, to be honest, an X-ray might be the best idea.
Oh I totally enjoyed it :) and, thank *you* for naming all the photos with their names.
I suggest anyone who hasn't looked at them yet take a peek; there are some real beauties to be seen
 :mute:  Daren't remark about the cream now.
I prefer Parisian Coffee ;) Thing is, I don't like sugar in my hot drinks and then they complain it is not possible to make a floater coffee without sugar (it is ;) ) so I don't get them very often. Hmm, think I'm experiencing coffee envy at @Beckie76 :heehee:
... and then she promptly gobbled it all up.
Good luck with your appointment :fingers crossed:
Hope you didn't get too wet.
She's a wise one that Penny (is it really heavy there, woo? We've got that really fine, but very wet, kind).
Hope you don't have to wait for too long for your appointment.

Managed to avoid the rain by taking Oz out at 6am. More than happy to go out at that time because I wouldn't see anyone. Yeah right! Met two other dog walkers :heehee: They were far more prepared for early walks than I was. One had a torch and a walking stick (because of the mud) and the other had a head lamp! I'm clearly old fashioned .... I just used my eyes

Had to chit (?) a couple of my sweet pea seeds yesterday because they still hadn't swollen like the others; it did the trick and now they are all plump and healthy looking with a few of them now sprouting
Equally exciting is seeing growth emerging from its winter rest on my Ghost Bleeding Heart. It's going to be bigger and stronger this year if that growth is anything to go by :hapydancsmil:

Healing vibes for all who need them and miles of smiles for one and all xxMxx

          Morning everyone, :)

Its a cool one here but I did go and wash the truck, man did it need it!!

I also had to go to the tire repair shop, I had a lag bolt stuck in the back tire...again! I'm telling you, if there's a bolt, nail, screw you name it, I'll find it.:snork:

I'm home today, the guys are off to Honda for a big installation and so I have no truck, kind of nice to be home though.:)

I cleaned the back yard again yesterday, and got all the doggy doo picked up, nice knowing that there wont be as much come Spring.:blue thumb:

Still nothing for Natalie, her due date came and went yesterday and she see's her Dr tomorrow, so we'll see what she says then.

My MIL is doing great after her hip replacement, gets her staples out Thursday since it'll be 2 weeks and see's her surgeon on Friday for a checkup.:blue thumb:

Off to finish my laundry that I have going.....so enjoy your day everyone.:)

            Evening later people :)

Good day on the roof, birds singing, flowers out and even a bit of sunshine

Off tomorrow as a man is coming to fit a new windscreen.

Got 5 packets of Jellybabies out of the skip :hapydancsmil:

Have a good evening everybody and don't get followed by a moon shadow :yikes:

I'm creeping around GC in the dark :snork: Hardly anyone around. :noidea:

After sitting down for a couple of hours my back had seized up so I've been hobbling around. On the up side, it's better than it was.

                  Aloha Shiney and everyone,

I'm still creeping/hobbling around the GC corridors on my own. :rolleyespink: Where is everyone?

I'd better get on with some work I need to do. Got some lessons on bridge laws and etiquette to prepare for sending out to members of a load of clubs. I'm also going to try and set up a local seminar on the In/Out debate. I've already started setting it in motion and we now need 'experts' from both sides to come along to talk about it. Don't expect to get it off the ground until May. :phew:

Keep well and have a great day

                  Aloha!

                    Good morning all,

Poor you Shiney and your back but what a good idea to set up the IN/OUT debates. So many people still in two minds. I am most definitely decided that I want out before Turkey are invited to join the EU with all their problems and fanatics, who will then be entitled to join our country if we are still members. No, financially and economically as well as border control and law enforcement back in our own hands will be best for this country without doubt. Sorry get off my soap box now!
Have a great day everyone, stay warm and dry and above all safe and well, God bless. :wub2:

                                Good day all,
I have finished work for the day. We too are expecting a cold snap, starting any minute. Also lots of snow predicted."snow plough"Using up more winter days

10 more sleeps until I fire up the heat in the greenhouse and start moving all of my seedlings out there :hapfeet:
