This morning, Miranda had twins. A ram lamb and a ewe lamb. The ewe lamb was born with all her internal organs outside her body in a clear see-through sac. I sent my husband and 9 year old grand daughter to the house and put the poor lamb down by cupping my hand over her nostrils and mouth. I dug the hole and buried her, before letting them come back out. We had a prayer for her and hugs for our grand daughter. :frown: At least I have one healthy lamb.

You have had a rough time of it but as you said farming can throw these things at you from time to time. Hoping the rest of your flock have an easier & healthy lambing .

I snapped this because he was so darn cute and it made me laugh. After this past week, I really needed a laugh!
