I have been given some seeds from Red-hot Poker the colour of which I had admired.
Can I sow these seeds now? I was contemplating sowing in a small pan in my cold green-house.
Or do these seeds need to spend some time in the refrigerator prior to sowing (just something I heard)

I sowed some in early spring just into pots & then into a warm spot on the window sill, germination was fairly quick. No special treatment.
