      I like grasses better than owcho`s babies, but the butterfly o'clock avatar picture is definitely a winner. ;)

        I've been busy lately.

        Taken 29 Zebrina Pendula ( what most people call a Tradescantia) , 29 Iresine , 29 various Scented leaf Pelargoniums and a mixed tray ( 29 )of Beloperone ( Shrimp plant ) , various species Begonias and two types of Plectranthus ( Swedish Ivy ). Also potted up 20 Kalanchoe Daigremontiana ( also known as Bryophyllum Daigremontianum ).
        Plus, some of pots of Maranta , Calathea and Ctenanthe.

        These will all be for the charity I work for :)

                  Took as saw to my 6ft6in Stenocereus thurberi a couple of weeks ago as it was just too top heavy for its pot and impossible to move.

                  Now got a 3ft cutting to try and root.

                    Made a mess of that didn't I ?
                    Last year had to decapitate a 7' Pilosocereus azureus (beautiful blue) ; after 5 months of drying out the 4' top cutting in a spare room upstairs , adventitious roots began to develop , and now the top is growing as normal ; perhaps one day the cephalium will develop .

                      Hello Zigs ;
                      relatively new to this forum ; all plants are popular with me . In the 1980s worked at specialist cactus nursery in N.Yorkshire . Grown most genera , many very rare . Self -employed now in partnership as professional gardener . From cacti to conifers , caudiciform succulents to S.American Copiapoas , have dabbled in everything (and still am) !!
