DO you any thing that smells of a citrus smell....and will nto damage the soft top.
If so, get that smell on there double quick.

much as I love cats I'd nto be a happy bunny if it decided to scratch the soft top on my Mazda.

Hello L plate ... and also init ....

I too have a convertible and two cats ... not a good combination perhaps but they think it's a hammock when they are not on the shade sail above it .... :dh: I actually have no problem with them ... there was the once or twice scratch followed by lots of loud verbal from myself or t'other half and a spraying with the hose and now we don't have the problem ... except the cat hairs ..... :help:

A hose is my suggestion ... and I am a cat lover to the extreme ... not on full force but a gentle spray or light jet.

Forget about anything smelling like citrus ... I live in the middle of thousands of orange, tangerine, lemon, lime ... you name it citrus trees ... cats love it. One of mine is Portuguese so you can say, well, it's in his blood, but the other aged 14 this year came from Bucks via IoW and loved it the moment he smelled it. When we to-ed and fro-ed for several years with the cats every year here, he woke up from the journey (Plymouth to Santander) about 5kms from the house and his little nose would go wiggling smelling the citrus fruit ....

I haven't got an answer to your problems except water .... :)

My cats also spend a good deal of time on top of our cars. (no soft tops) I have many times little paw prints running up and down the front and the window and the roof of the car. Just love the little paw prints which remain for days.
