                  Crampy leg is a lot better.

                  Friends coming today so I have more food prep to do. Yesterday I marinated a leg of lamb and some chicken thighs in a Moroccan style marinade. Took a while to make the marinade but it was worth it. Freshly roast spices, ground and mixed with fresh grated ginger and garlic, mixed with olive oil and water and lots of paprika to make a good sticky paste.

                  I'll make a French onion soup this morning and a chunky guacamole for nibbles when they arrive.

                  Very frosty but sunny. Birds need feeding.

                    Good morning all my friends on this lovely Sunday morning its crisp and bright here in the Garden of England,have prepared Sunday breakfast and lunch,lovely busy day to day,will attempt to connect new pond pump ,I am already counting my blessings which I do every day anyway I digress ,have a great Sunday fill it with laughter as its the best medicine there is;):smile:

                      Now that it's light I can see the weather is cold, grey and windy. Unless it improves I doubt there will be much gardening done here. I have to make a trip to hardware store later for more materials. Have a nice day everyone :)

                        Frosty and sunny again this morning after very heavy rain and gales in the night.

                        Lots of odd jobs to do today, including shopping - after I cut Mrs Shiney's hair (hopefully that won't be an odd job!).

                        Dinner went extremely well last night :blue thumb: Left overs for dinner today :)
