                Yesterday was a lovely day. 50F and sunny with no wind. It drizzled in the evening but is dry now.

                The sun is rising nicely and it's 46F out there.

                  Typical late winter/early spring weather - some sunshine, some showers, some wind (considerable wind at the weekend in fact. March definitely came in like a lion!). Last Tuesday/Wednesday's snow came down thick and fast, and then (thank goodness) disappeared very quickly when the strong south wind came in. It didn't stop a few hours of chaos on the roads, mainly due to blizzards and lorries being stopped from circulating on the motorways.

                      This photo was taken a few minutes ago. I really thought we had got rid of the snow for this year...wrong. It is a colour photo despite what it looks like:rolleyespink:. The driveway got dug out yesterday and was all clear. Not any longer, sigh.
