Depressed? depressed!!! :noidea:He is never depressed. He was told to stay for a picture yet all he wanted to do was play! The happiest dog in the world:)
He had a run to the beach first thing, had another walk later on and played in the garden. Nothing but the good life

Mark, just an afterthought about lilac squirrel.....and all sanguisorbas really....it can be divided after flowering to quickly make attractive plants for next year. I will be dividing mine in October or November to make 3 around the garden. No need to buy more than one plant:)

                      Thanks Mark:)

I have the late flowering sanguisorba Blackthorn about to flower; you might like it too. Tall, narrow, uoright spike of nice pink flowers. Close up the flowers are delightful. I'll post a picture when its flowering :)

Just received another plant parcel by courier. Excellent quality, value and condition. Some will be divided and potted on

The scent in the garden at 7pm was incredible!

I had to move it near to the house as the wind has picked up and with the blooms measuring 15/18cm across and 20cm plus long they tend to get bent over in strong winds.

Hi @longk , is your Chocolate Peppermint the one with the dark blotch on the leaves? If so can I ask where you got it from please :) I can't get one anywhere. I used to have one almost 5' high but we lost it when I moved out ( mom and dad sold the house and left it there ). Ta .

                              Hiya BigC
                              Hmmm!
Parkers are great for bulbs.....not for plants.
For patio or summer annuals Brookside Nursery is excellent.
What sort of plants do you want? Perennials? Do you have an idea of what you might want? Shrubs?
Loads of excellent online suppliers.....horses for courses in a way.
Ive had plants today from an online grower......one of many who are very good.
Over the winter and into spring you can buy quality perennials in 9cm pots......esp in early spring you can pot these on into bigger pots and growth then is fast. By late spring these will be quite large plants
We can recommend suppliers but best when we know what you are actually looking for BigC:)
