Verdun you’ve just brightened my day with that photo, it looks lovely, reminds me of Praa Sands.

Have a lovely day everyone :spinning:

Just got home from a day at my Dad's, a day of housework, laundry and gardening. Very productive but very shattering :dbgrtmb: Despite loads of sunscreen I've still caught the sun .

Fabulous pic @Verdun , you are so lucky to have that on your doorstep. We aren't that far from gorgeous sandy beaches....but sadly not within walking distance

Cold at first......fine after a few mins
I would want the sea to warm up quite a bit more to be honest but it’s getting there. :)

              Good morning folks :)
I plan to get a lot of planting done today but I think I will be (nicely) interrupted quite a bit too:noidea:
Several large stocks will be dug up ...shame in a way as they have been and still are very floriferous and wonderfully scented.....a couple of double whites esp of which I will take cuttings.:)
              Will sow wallflowers too.
Hope everyone, esp those not too well, have a good day:)

                Aloha everyone,

It was light enough by 4.30 this morning for me to do a bit of tidying up in the garden. We're having our gas cut off very shortly, not because I've been a naughty boy but because they're installing a new gas main. We should be back on by tonight :fingers crossed:

Lots of gardening to do and some meetings today for me to ease my muscles by relaxing. :heehee:

                Have a great day

                Aloha!

                  Morning everyone! :)
Another beautiful day again, night temps are on the rise now.
Everything from our greenhouse has now been moved to the huge 'cold frame' that runs the whole length of one of our house walls and is three shelves high. Saves moving them every day as the whole front of it comes off . Small frames are also now full too :blue thumb:

Having a bit of an easy day today. The last two days have been non stop both here and at my Dad's. So only gardening this morning then I'm off for my 2nd cinema trip this week. Pure coincidence but another Judy Dench one, All is true, based around the final years of Shakespeare's life.

Have a lovely day.....and don't forget the sunblock!! :bigthumb:

Good morning all, still struggling with my knee but have a knee brace on its way which should help in its repair. Have a good day everyone, enjoy the sunshine. Stay warm and dry and above all things stay safe and well. God bless.:wub2:

Good afternoon, Upsy you are right it is about four weeks now and although there is some improvement I think it will be a lot better with the brace which hopefully will arrive sooner or later. :dbgrtmb:

Hi everyone, sorry I’m very late today, we are short staffed today due to holidays so had to be in earlier, very tired now.

                          Is anyone watching Martin clunes?

Grabbing more local compost which is used for planting and heavy mulching of those plants. A lot more planting and staking today.
