    More overcast so far today but feeling very warm
    Amazing now, incl overnight, how fast plants are growing.....lettuce for example seem to have doubled in size these past 2 or 3 days :)

        Cloudy but very warm, Windows and doors all open!

        Busy day at my Dad's today, more plants are boxed up to take over and plant out.

        I was thinking of sowing some lettuce never done it before , is it too late now @Verdun ?

          Hiya Upsy....not at all. Keep sowing lettuce for a few weeks yet for succession.
          Remember though, lettuce are reluctant to germinate if too hot.....for that reason I sow them (in pots to prick out later) and leave them outside to germinate in a warm but partially shaded spot :)

              I've just been along the road moving the traffic cones so that people can park behind them. The forecast says rain at 7 a.m. and clear by 8.

                        A neighbour dropped in a couple of new salvias to me in return for some help I gave her recently. New to me, Amente,Amethyst and Amethyst Lips. Slightly disappointed though, she usually drops in a lager or cider or two:rasp:
