Took my last picking this morning, most of which are in the greenhouse to dry out. Hope to have a good crop of seed for next year.

The last edibles were taken a few weeks ago and the plants lifted. Ground already dug over, composted and manured.

I don't use my own bean seeds as I can get them wholesale at approx. a penny each. so I don't bother to leave any for keeping. I eat the lot! :blue thumb:

There was no point keeping my bean vines any longer: growth of pods was next to nothing and the ones I did have really didn't have anything inside of them worth eating/keeping. I've managed to keep back 3 pods harvested a couple of weeks ago, so now it is :fingers crossed: for more Bridgwater beans next year.
Thank you to our @Zigs for the ones you gave me to start me off - they really were the tastiest beans I've eaten :dbgrtmb:

I've kept Bridgwater beans to plant for next year. I only had a few plants this year, that I didn't sow, because the @Zigs fairy magically put them there :rolleyespink: :heehee:

They'll have their own section of the ShineyFrame next year. :)

In this youtube timelapse video they all lean in the same direction, and it's not towards the light. It gets really interesting from about 3.00 mins
