I have several here, Ruffled Swan, Dreaming Swan and Elfin Swan. All have that blue reverse on the petals :)

Not many flowers yet as it's a young plant and apologies for the poor photos, but I'm absolutely loving the look of this Salvia 'African Sky'! Flowers sometimes looking more bluish, other times seeming more purplish depending on the light. I foolishly bought it late in the year, not realising it wasn't hardy in my region, so it will die in late Autumn, I think. :wallbanging: Does anyone know what the most easy way to propagate this is, please? Could I also save it as well as propagating with some Winter protection?

      Nick

        Cuttings now Nick.....side shoots.:)

However, here it sends out runners and I simply dig these up and pot them. Yours prob isn’t at this stage yet

I can only judge how it is here and it is winter hardy. You could dig it up and pot it to bring into gh too :)

Interesting! Hadn't heard of these early-flowering anemones, I have 'Honorine Jobert' but it doesn't flower until August as you probably know.

As in heel cuttings, Verdun? :dunno:

Hmm... I have a friend with a greenhouse, wonder if I can convince him to do some 'babysitting'.

I should believe the eventual sizes in the labels!
