            had to change my mind. so its riced potatoes--simply done with butter and cream. ham slice saute in sesame oil, and green beans from my neighbors garden. easy.

                  have a fresh eggplant from neighbor. will saute in tomato sauce, garlic, basil, oregano, over pasta. glass of red with it. some good parm.
