@Victoria I would be careful about getting your hair cut. I used to have long hair as well, and got it cut on July 30th 1976. Ever since then, its been so scared of being cut, its gone into hiding...

 

Well I looked up the date me and Jan got married in 2004, and this charming title came up !

Maybe I could make a wig for T'other Half who is now thin on the top.

It's funny, T'other Half had longer hair than me when we married as I used to model part-time in hair fashion then let it grow, only having it cut twice in 52 years but keeping it trimmed. It grows like wildfire as do my nails.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY UPSYDAISY !

 

Remember it well. We had no money, a black and white portable TV, a sofa and chairs that a relative gave us. We had my Sanyo 'hifi' from my bedroom and that was about in our tiny two bed semi that cost £18000 which was a lot for a 20 and 21 year old at the time.


I bought my wife a single as a present the week before we were married and she burst into tears at the lyrics. It was the No. 1 single when we got married.
