Had planned on bulb planting , but we now have friends coming over for a meal on Wednesday . As we are busy tomorrow I am now mid way through a manic clean and tidy up....even gave the houseplants a good wash and brush up!!

Blue sky but very nippy today.
We were having friends round today but hubs SAYS he has a temperature , a side effect from his flu jab. He kept me awake all night complaining!! The same thing happened last year too .....he doesn't do discomfort/ pain well at all!! Men!!
Friends are now coming on Monday.

Going out into the garden to start digging up plants to over winter them.

My gosh, you will have to clean the house, windows and houseplants AGAIN for the same people! Trade him in for a newer/healthier model! Hope you feel better soon Mr Upsy.

Had my hair cut today ... T'Other Half does not recognise me. I will put up a pic tomorrow.

 

Didn't think of that, a double cleaning spree!!

Is this nippy weather hitting home yet??, my joints are definitely complaining!!

Why is it that summer's seem to come and go so quickly yet the winters drag on and on.
So dislike autumn and winter, feel sorry for my hubs having to put up with me during these seasons.
