    Morning everyone :)

We're in for a lovely sunny day today so hopefully we will spend the whole day in the garden and get a lot done, mainly bulb planting for me. Looking forward to it as it seems ages since we've been able to enjoy a whole day outside.:hapydancsmil:

Sorry to hear that some of you are expecting rain today, mind you we have it back here tomorrow too.

Whatever your day has in store, enjoy it!!:spinning:

          Aloha everyone,

It's a beautiful morning as the sun is coming up.

The tournament went very well. :blue thumb:

My back is doing well :) but the rest of me isn't!

The problem I get whilst working down the end of the garden is that I get badly bitten whilst harvesting the fruit and veg. So through the summer I come up in very itchy inflamed spots that end up as blisters. We never find any evidence of the bugs and covering up well doesn't help. Long sleeve shirts, tucking them into my trousers and covering my trouser legs with the socks also doesn't help. Neither does using citronella spray. I currently have 22 very itchy swollen lumps (with small blisters) on arms, legs, sides, stomach and also inside my underwear!!!

The sale of my Naga chillies is going well. Seven plants sold yesterday and I hope to offload the rest to the Asian wholesaler in town.

Keep well and have a great day

          Aloha!

Shiney if the surrounding area of the spots become inflamed and red and feel hot, then you need to get yourself to the doctors, it’s a sign they could be a infected :noidea:

                  Aloha everyone,

@Flumpy thanks for your concern . I've had this problem with bites for over 70 years. It's not an infection, as such, but my body's reaction to the bites. They get inflamed and extremely itchy for the first few days and then form a small blister and the inflammation slowly goes away. I put Hypercal on them but if the blister bursts (usually careful not to let that happen) I then use Hypercal cream. Mrs Shiney also makes a remedy for me. The silly thing is that when we are travelling in foreign countries, through jungles, rain forest, swamps deserts etc. I never get bitten. We're off touring Burma later this year :blue thumb:

The sun is coming up but they forecast heavy rain later.

                  Have a great day

                  Aloha!

                    Morning all.
Had a lovely day with our friends yesterday. Now have to knuckle down to garden chores in ours and my Dad's garden as my sister goes in to have more surgery today and I will be going back to stay with her for a few weeks.
                    No chit chatting.....must be off!
                    Have a good day! :)

I am having lots of problems with my email system. I have recently moved from virgin to sky and I cannot rid my email system of virgin. It interferes all the time with receive by thunderbird to my gmail new address.
