    When is the best time to move rhubarb and what sort of position is best for it …

    Winter/spring when it's dormant. Mine now grows intermittently all year round.
    Rhubarb needs deep fertile soil, that doesn't get too dry in summer. Will cope with partial/ intermittent shade.
