The allotment this year

Actually @daitheplant , Acca is the correct botanical name. Feijoa is an old cimmon usage name.

 

I sit corrected, when I bought mine many years ago the name had not been changed.

 

When I grew mine from seed many years ago the name was still Feijoa.
Did you know you need two separate clones to cross pollinate in order to get fruit.

 

Ive been absent again haha. Well the space on my allotment is quite limited but I chose the one that is best (or was the best at the time I got it) for producing self pollinated fruit (although I use a paintbrush for pollination). It seems to work too, I have about 6 good size fruit on my plant this year, though if I was able to add another plant I'd get much more no doubt.
