You just dont see birds like that over here in snow, or come to that anytime.

Bright and sunny for most of the day but boy there was definitely a wind chill blowing!

 

That is ecofoam. An environmentally friendly replacement for foam snow decorating. When the decoration is no longer required, you simply heat and it goes into the soil with little or no contaminents. Can be piled up, shoveled, made into projectiles, slid on, etc and is cool to the touch. Because it is free, most of us simply shovel it out of our way.

And this free stuff is still falling. I'll go back out and shovel again in about an hour. Good thing I am a tower of a woman and can shovel it with the best of them. Lori the Stevedore!

The sun is out, but we have a chance of rain late afternoon, 9C down to 2C. Better make an early start in the garden, just in case they have got the forecast right for a change.

 

Currently 12c with a chilly breeze and sunny. Going to 20c. Showers forecast for the next couple of days, nothing on radar so we'll see.

Just checked the forecast in Lanzarote as my son and his girlfriend are island hopping to there today and it's a gorgeous 21C rising to 25C. They are definitely going to feel chilly when they return home at the weekend! Brrrrr!!!!!!

The weather forecasters have got it right for today. 9 months winter and three months bad weather year in year out is our forecast from me. Rain running down the outside of our bungalow and we pay Yorkshire Water to pump it through our floor to the taps?

The sun had the cheek to come out a few minutes ago but has now seen the error of its ways.
