Good morning all, thanks for your concern re my knee. Thankfully, the CBD Oil does seem to be easing it so fingers crossed it will continue to help it. Have a good day everyone, wrap up warm and dry and above all make sure you keep safe and well. God bless. Soon be Spring!

          Good day
@shiney I do not envy you that job. That's a lot of fencing to have to fix.

@moyra :fingers crossed: that the oil keeps working

@Upsydaisy you seem to have boundless energy.

I am having issues with one of my
mats for the indoor growing areas. Seems not to be powering properly. Hope I don't have to order a new one. I'll source the manual online and seem if there is a troubleshooting section that might help.
I go to see my wine guy today to replenish my stock and have a few other errands to run.
It is sunny and only 10f - and predicted not to warm up much more than that until tomorrow.
Not a terrible lot to do until the weekend and low electricity rates kick in again. The doldrums of February.
Have a lovely day and please play safely :)

@moyra what make of CBD are you getting and what is the strength (percentage)? Mrs Shiney might be able to send you a leaflet about one that she deals with. :blue thumb:

Hi everyone just got back from my Dad's ,very busy day didn't even have time for lunch today ....I can smell a lovely scrummy aroma drifting in from the kitchen which is making my stomach rumble!!

I bet even Lori can hear it!!!!

Manic morning of washing two loads of laundry ,housework and watering all the forgotten house plants. Sewed on some of the missing buttons from my Dad's shirts. After washing his hair I escaped to the garden but had to keep stopping to check and replace the laundry in the tumble dryer.

Will report on my gardening task on the other thread.

All I can say is I am so aching.

              Mmmm! dinner time..:glad:

Good morning to everyone, hope you're all well and ready for the weekend!!:)

I got out of bed very gingerly this morning thinking I would be incredibly stiff but surprisingly I wasn't!!! I will see how things go and may attempt a bit of weeding and division of some Snowdrops this morning then some seed sowing this afternoon...but first I must hang out some more laundry.

                  Have a great day!:bigthumb:

@moyra Mrs Shiney recommends MediHemp but most are OK. The price depends on the concentration and she recommends starting with the 5% but some people start straight away on 10%. I've found this site online.

                      https://www.vitalabo.co.uk/medihemp

but she got hers from Therapia (in the UK they're based in Torquay) and you could phone them on 0800 0747319 or mobile 07817 454390 and get them to send you their price list.

It's brightening up a bit after the rain but still very windy. I'll wander round the garden soon but shall wait until the pheasants have had their breakfast. :)
