Just listened to this. We love Yes and Soon so here you get it in English with (Brazilian) Portuguese sub-titles.

@Nikolaos - great retro! My beloved has been subjected to a load of eighties stuff this week and it's all her fault. On our Sunday morning trip to the Record Exchange she bought me a DVD instead of a CD - Some Kind Of Wonderful. It's a John Hughes film so the music of the time features heavily.
I know that I have posted this on the old thread but she really loves this (which is good as it's a favourite of mine).................

She is starting to get New Order.............

Echo And The Bunnymen were a hit with her,............

                  As was this..........

Ooh, I like that Furniture track, never heard it before! @longk I also like the Dream Academy song, was familiar with it but didn't know the band/song name. I'm a huge Warsaw/Joy Division fan but never really got into New Order. Was born in 78 so the 80's was pretty much my childhood. Didn't appreciate a lot of the music from that decade until my 20's, but now many of those bands/artists are in my top 20 of all time, I love every single track they've released! Just some fantastic album openers... I think it was John Peel who said he listened to music to hear something original, totally with him on that.

They're one of my top "should have been massive" bands. Top of that list for me is a band from the nineties - Eleventh Dream Day. ...............

Liz had discovered them long before we met! Have you seen Control?

                      Great 4AD tracks!

Hehe, would you beleive me if I told you I am 50 this year, I do feel older some days, the repetative seasons, this year over 500,000 seed planted, over 30,000 cuttings, and still 15,000 plants by division to do, then we start on the atumn crop, then its christmas trees, 1,200 last year, its a good job, I love what I do, Sometimes I think, its time to call it a day, but what else would I do? I love my plants, I collect late 18th century early 19th century porcelain tea ware, and I got me dogs, then I realise, I dont need anything else, apart from the odd night with beer.
