    We have got away with it up to now regarding frost, I hate it when we get a mild winter followed by hard spring frosts.
    The nagging N E wind has kept them away from here in the last week.

    I did have a meyers lemon some years ago but cant say I was over the moon about the taste.

      They don't taste the same a true lemon I agree it is much weaker but it is nice to have a home grown citrus.:smile:

          Amazed the kojo flowered! I dug it out of an overgrown spot, last year, shoved it, literally, in a pot and this is my reward :) the stone is here to keep it secure :redface:

                Not exactly looking good, but I have to give them credit for trying - my forced hyacinths went into the lean-to last autumn ready for Christmas, but the door promptly swelled shut in the rain and I've only been able to get back into it this past week. I assumed I'd just find a lot of shrivelled stalks, but no, bless them, they tried their socks off.
