      Good day
@moyra I hope that it is simply indigestion and that it moves along and dissipates quickly.

It's cloudy here and predicted to be this way most of the day but being fairly mild 43f, any sunshine that shows will be a bonus.

I have two of those "Rupert" style bears with the hinged arms and legs. I told my granddaughters, years ago, that if Rupert's arms are up, it means he knows they did something naughty :heehee: They now have fun hiding the small bear on me to find in a cupboard or whatever, with his arms held high and I return the favour and hide him under their pillow or other place to surprise them. Ah, I miss them.

I've got another long to do list to get done and am glad of it. My family is keeping their distance and being smart so it is needless to worry about them and being physically active is a good way to distract myself. And it is also rewarding :)

Have a good day all and please keep germ free :)

          Aloha everyone,

It's quite hot outside and my face is glowing from working out there.

@moyra if it is indigestion then a teaspoon of bicarb dissolve in water could help :blue thumb: - as long as you drink it :heehee:.

          Keep well

          Aloha!

Just had a little burp that should help. I got Steve to thump my shoulder blades a little.

Going to have plaice and chips for dinner. Just a little not too many chips I told Steve. He is looking after me.

@shiney It is now up to 58f , a proper heat wave for April :)

@Kristen got me inspired to try out my winbot.

It passed the test and now I can start doing the second floor windows on the outside without any fear!

                                Aloha everyone,

I've been in and out of the garden since 6 a.m. this morning. Was dark then but didn't need much light to move the sprinkler to another area and only took about 15 minutes to do it. It was cold at that time!

Keep well and enjoy your day
