            Question:Where is the / are the epicenter/s in the UK? Here it is up North, as it is in Italy.

            I keep reading that there is no money for the NHS for this and that ... when do they get the multi-millions that Captain Ted has raised?

              AFAIK its not going to help the NHS, but rather it is going to the NHS staff
